There is a new Dealer Location Update available. You need to have the latest Premium Boom update 1.20.21 in order for the Dealer Location Update to load

Do you have the latest Premium Boom update 1.20.21?
It won't work with older versions.

How do you know this is a new one there is no date on it? I did a dealer update a couple of weeks ago

I was at my local Harley Dealer yesterday & he told me that it just came out.
My local Harley shop ( Hells Canyon Harley ) was not in the database, it is in the new upgrade.

I would assume the latest software update is required for it to work properly. Under Improvement and under Fixes on version 1.20.2 it mentions the dealer update options. I loaded 1.20.2 then the dealer update, it recognized the dealer update automatically.

Just downloaded the new updates.... the dealer update/navsync is not working.... stuck in authenticating loop... give it a few days... there may be a glitch....

Mine updated just fine yesterday, each update needs to be in the root directory, I used two different flash drives, one for the Boom update & one for the Dealer updates

Did that... dealer update just spins in authentication... I'll try again tomorrow.

Just the ISO for the dealer update, correct? I'm sure it's the same as every other update

Correct Grizzly24... you need the extracted ISO file and the NAVSYNC folder as well... thanks!

I did find a trick on CVO forum that works a bit quicker to load....

1. Turn Bike to ACC
2. Hit ACCEPT Screen
3. Hit NAV button and WAIT for NAV to be fully functional
4. Insert thumbdrive and away she goes!

Only took less than a minute with one package....

I got it all to work. The authentication took a long time but it did work.

Just a note here... I did mine and a Brother's 15 Limited... both of us have issues along with 2 others that I talked to on the ol interweb. ..

After the successful update.... went for a ride... no issues... stopped... got back on.. started... HU dead. Stuck on Bar and Shield. Turned it off for a few minutes.... back on and all was good... til we stopped for gas. Started up and same thing... turned it off for a few... then back on... all was good.

Just letting you all know.....

I may back peddle to 1.20.1 until something is fixed.

Spazz- Same here. Worked fine until I shut it off and started the bike again:
No external buttons worked
Couldn't turn head unit on or off
No music in any mode.
I reloaded prevous version and was back to normal.
screw this latest firmware!

Just download the 1.20.2l to my 2017 SGS and now I have....NOTHING!!! but the bar and shield and the time.

Does anyone know were I can get the 1.20.1 version to install until they get this fixed?

Just downloaded 1.20.2l and now have nothing but the bar and shield and the time, no controls work.

Only had the bike for 3 weeks so don't have a copy of the previous version (1.20.1) does anyone know where I can get a copy till they fix 1.20.2l?

I just tried mine for the first time after updating a few days ago. When I first turn the ignition on, I get the bar and shield and no controls work, but the radio plays. After a few seconds, I get the warning screen and everything works as normal. I did the 1.20.2 update first, then the dealer update.
