Harley One-Touch Heated Gear

I have a quick question for anyone out there that uses heated gear, specifically the pants portion. I don't believe that it has to be the Harley One-touch set for my question, but might help.

I just recently bought the Jacket liner, Pants Liner, and Glove liners. I have so far only used the jacket and gloves.

Has anyone paired heated pants with rain gear pants? I don't imagine there would be any issue. Just thought I would see if anyone else has any experience with heated pants.

FYI my normal riding pants fit a bit snug, not leaving much room for any type of liner thicker than Long Johns. That's why I'm asking about the rain gear.

Thanks,
Mike

I've Gerbings heated Gloves, Jacket and Pants. Use it regularly and have no problems. Also added Gerbings heated socks last week.

I usually put on base layer, then Gerbings Heated jacket, pants and then top it off with outer jacket and Jeans. If its raining I usually take out outer jacket and add rain jacket and pants over Gerbings jacket and pants.

Base layer>gerbings jacket, pants>outer jacket, Jeans

If Raining:

Base layer>Gerbings Jacket,Pants>rain jacket and pants

No issues. I'm used to it and don't feel bulkier or immobile with all the layers. Lol

I wear little bigger jeans when I’m using heated pants. Normally I wear 32 for my jeans but when I wear heated pants I specially ordered 34(and it’s lil baggier) to go with it. That 34 jeans stays with heated pants, I’ve worked it such that they go on together and take off together. So it’s easier for me to take it on and off. I no longer have to put heated pants first and jeans on top. I’ve attached them together so they go on as one.
