Oh gosh! where to begin.
There are so many distilleries in the Bluegrass state. Some of the better known include:
Old Barton / Bardstown, KY
Wild Turkey / Lawrenceburg,KY
Evan Williams / Louisville, KY
Jim Beam / Clermont, KY
My favorite, Makers Mark / Loretto

You have to go to Makers Mark in Loretto, Woodford Reserve in Versailles is nice also.
