Plasma Rod length

OK guys- I'm needing some advice:
I'm ready to pull the trigger on some Custom Dynamic Plasma Rods.
Any reason I should not get 10 inch length? I see most go for the 8 inch length.

Mojo... it will all depend on how you want to mount them... if you use the brackets, 8's are what works best. If you are going to place them on the painted skirt, 10's would work.. or 8's
