Procedure for replacing shock tube skirt ?

I cant tell from my service manual how to replace this shield. Has anyone done this?
I dented it while working around the bike. Hoping for an EZ fix

I think you have to pull the front wheel, fender and front of fairing to get this off and replace it. Pretty sure there are a couple small bolts that hold it on.

Thx Tom, i will try that. Its just unclear how they attach from my shop book.

Take the front wheel off. Take the fender off. Loosen the pinch bolts on the triple trees. Slide the fork out.Their are four screws up in the cow bell and it will come off.

Cool, i will probably just take the calipers off add take the front forks off as an assembly.

repack your forks with the upgraded suspension. I switched to Legend - with black front end.
Also the cans are pretty thin - paint-less dent removal?

Badger, i think im done modifying the glide. Except for the seat that is. Just gonna ride it for 2 or 3 more years then it will be time for a new one. I think i can replace the cans cheaper than a dent removal. Only $60 or so. I did the extreme mod thing on my last bike and this time i just want comfort and function only. Boring i know but, thats what im doin. Ride brother ride !
