Last night I noticed one of my smoked lenses was out of whack. Apon inspection 2 of the retaining tabs had broken off.

I sent them a email and at first. They said it was a installation error. Not covers under warrantee and asked for pictures. Witch I would have sent attached to the first email if Apple had enabled attachments in IOS 8. But that's another topic. So I sent pictures this afternoon. Just got a email saying my lens has shipped.

What great customer service they have.
