19 Street Glide Special, notice the radio is clearer when I hit the kill switch than when the bike is running, I did change out the headlight bulbs to LED with the fans on them, did that when I picked the bike up so do not know if the radio was that way before the bulbs or not, but why when only the engine running? The lights are still on when you hit the kill switch. Appreciate any clues, bought the bulbs at the Harley dealer.

What kind of LED's ? If you went with the cheap one's then yes they will need resistors

At $100 each for low and high beam I hope not cheap, Super Spot LED upgrade bulb 2200 lumens, only 1 amp draw, lifetime warranty from a Harley dealer when bought bike.

Then again why only when engine is running? The lights are still on when I use the kill switch. Thanks

Me being me would take it back to the dealer and ask them why there is noise from the products they installed. I guess I came across wrong but some of the less expensive LED's out there will do this. There are several threads on here about this and some sound advice on how to cure the issue. Some people have placed a load balancer, choke, or resistor in line to solve the problem and some have just sent them back. I'm running front and rear custom dynamic tail, turn, stop LED's and the 8 inch plasma rods for stop and turn on the back for more visibility. Also running the JW speaker E2 headlight and have never had an issue. Have a friend who got the hog works head light and he had to send it back because of the noise coming through the speakers.

Hoping you get this taken care of because I really enjoy listening to my sound system while riding.

Oh no, say it's not so :p, already ordered a Hogworkz light, they claim no radio signal loss and anti-interference electronics and passive (no hum) cooling. Reckon I'll find out, and if still acts up, back to dealer to let them sort it out, will be a different dealer than from where I bought bike and bulbs, the original dealer is 650 miles south of me. :) Be a good excuse to visit family though.
