this is really a wheel question

I have a 2015 with I believe the wheels are called enforcer wheels. Anyway every drop of water that hits the machined part of the wheel with the clear coat on it spots.
anyone know what's the best thing to use to get rid of the spots and prevent them?

The problem is they aren't clear coated.
I've used mothers bare metal polish, with lots of elbo grease.
Harley has a Bare Aluminum Wheel Protectant that helps once you get them polished.
