UPDATE 2-16-25

I’m happy to report that —at long last— windshields for 2024+ Street Glides have become available from our friends at Freedom Shields! Per an email from John at Freedom Shields yesterday…

“We finally have our new 2024 Street Glide Windshields ready to start production. We will be running approximately 3 weeks from the date of the order to get them made and shipped.

“Here is a link to our web page to check out all the pics, sizes and prices.
STREET GLIDE® Windshields 2024 + – Freedom Shields

”Make sure to try the vertical measurements like I have on a pic on our website since ours will stand a little different than the other windshields out there. You want the top edge to be about level with the tip of your nose.

“I only have pics of our 12” shield right now, but we will get more shots on our website as I get them in the different sizes.

“Thank you !!!!!

……………………………….

Greetings, all, and happy Thanksgiving!

Yesterday I emailed John at Freedom Shields and requested an update on where things stand in regard to 2024 Street Glides and, true to form, he replied within a matter of hours. I've cut and pasted John's reply below for those of you who, like me, are looking forward to seeing what and when Freedom Shields will have to offer those of us with 2024 Street Glides. These are his words verbatim so if you have any questions it'd be best to reach out John directly since this is all I know. So...enjoy! :)

"I am trying to work on it…….I wanted to have it done by now but things just keep coming up and pulling me away from it. I am sure going to try to have it done by the end of December, it’s usually a slow month so that should give me time on it.

"I will do every inch in size, I don’t have that figured out yet but probably from about the same size as the stock windshield up to some tall shields for taller riders. I like going every inch so riders can really nail it down to about level with the tip of their nose. Then I will do like our other windshields with the Clear, Light Grey, Medium Grey and Dark Grey.

"I am going to try to have the windshield mount just like the stock windshield without any other hardware. I will just have the windshield angle up a little more to gain more lift then our curve up at the top. I will do the curve at the top like our other windshields so the optical clarity stays really good !"
