24 SG... A few questions

Got a "new" 2024 street glide leftover at my local dealer a few months ago. The plan is to upgrade all of the safety, comfort, and cosmetic stuff while the warranty is intact... then take her to a performance stage 2.

So far, I have upgraded the seat (La Pera Tail whip daddy long legs- highly recommend), bars (14" KST Bisons - highly recommend), HD flat out bars and tip over bag bars, added some Rhinehart 4.5" slip-ons (awesome), changed all of the foot controls, added bag liners and a few other cosmetic items, added the AI box for Android auto (buggy, but it works), and changed out the roller skate wheels on the crash bars to a product made by Santorro Fabx (had a customer service issue NOT resolved). Oh, and tank bra and lid covers for the saddlebags. I'm waiting on saddlebag lights from Advantblack to arrive any day now, and I have a good idea on which suspension, sissy bar, and tour pack that I'm going to go with...with the latter two not being a huge priority as my girl is scared to ride.

Anyway, my questions are as follows:

1.) Wheels: I'm looking to change the wheels to 21" front but seeing a lot of fitment issues. What changed from 23 models to 24 regarding the wheels? Is it the bolt pattern on the rotors?

2.) Lights: Looking at Baja lights to mount on my HD flat out bar as I do a lot of country riding, sometimes at night. They make S1s, S2s and Squadrons. I'm leaning towards the squadrons, but don't know if they're oversized and or too bright for oncoming traffic. Anybody have any experience with these good, bad, or ugly? The headlight is fine for now, but I'm hoping some of these aftermarket companies will come out with something cool for the new SGs soon (saw the Shark Demon, but meh)

3.) Fairing speakers: I'm just looking to upgrade the fairing speakers at this time and not go with the saddlebag speakers. Anybody know how many watts the STOCK amp is pushing as well as the RMS for the stock speakers?

It's outright insane to me the amount of money that you have to put into these machines to make them 'rideable'. I get all pissed thinking about it, then I ride it... and I'm happy again. Such is life, I suppose. Thanks for reading! I wrote all the stuff at the beginning in case anybody has any questions about any of that...feel free to shoot me a message... I'm glad to help.

Congratulations! Post some photos when you can.
Mines pretty much stock but I did do the slim seat from Harley and their 10 inch windshield.
I’m doing some 12 inch shocks this weekend.

I think you are at 100 watts on your speaker system.
You would probably have to do a new amp with more speakers.

On my old bike I did the fosgate speakers and 200 watt amp and they were great!

Let us know what you decide.

Congrats on the bike. It sure is expensive to get them to our liking.

I have no idea as to the mods that you have made and or planning to make. Simply because when I test rode a 24 last year there wasn't a lot of factory P&A or aftermarket options available then. Even though there were multiple items on my bike that could have been moved over to a new one, there wasn't enough of them to push me to purchase it.

Now for the speakers it really shouldn't matter what the watts and RMS are. As long as you have the correct ohms and are able to fit the speaker into the fairing, you should be fine. Although I wouldn't select speakers that have RMS and watt ratings that were too low, I think that 100w and 150-200 RMS would be acceptable.

And welcome to the forum.
