I ended up getting this seat . Most of the solo seats didn't lower me at all so I ended up getting this switchback seat which is maybe lowers about half an inch. But in the end I got went back to 12-in shocks and took the 13-in shocks off. The 12-in shocks work great and I'll be sticking with them. Good luck and finding a seat.

Hello, I'm interested if you found a good seat? I pick up my '26 SG in 3 weeks. First thing I am doing is swapping the seat for two reasons: I want to keep the original seat in prime condition. Secondly, I want a seat that provides low back support. I hear the Saddleman is the way to go, but $$$. This is my first Harley-Davidson and first time back on a bike in 18 years. I'm taking the Rider class so the first throttle I twist isn't the 1983cc's I've been dreaming about as a kid. I've ridden a few 750's and had an 1100; I figure this will be a different league all together. I have the Liberty edition and the original seat has red, white, and blue stitching so keeping it in prime shape for the future.

Congratulations on your new SG you will love it. Haven't found a different seat yet kind of got use to the one that came with the bike. Have fun with your new ride. Jerry

Congratulations on the new '26 SG! It's definitely a smart move to keep that Liberty edition seat in pristine condition. Finding a seat with good low back support can make a huge difference, especially for longer rides. Many riders prioritize that comfort, and Saddleman is indeed a popular choice for that reason.
