not looking for opinions on whether i should or shouldnt use a ct (car tire) or not. those of you that have ct's how do you like them, your opinion on their handling, how aggressive do you ride, what size are you using, and some pics of them.

Are car tires better?

No, they are not better on a two wheeled motorcycle. Car tires work well on vehicles that do not lean.

I've only seen it work OK on a bike with a side car attached. No leaning.
