Looks to me like it is probably a WindVest Windshield but since the photo is a little dark I can't say for 100% certainty.

As for how well it works, not sure I can be much help in that department either since I ride with a Klock Werks FLARE Windshield on my personal Street Glide. I will say though that we have sold a good number of the WindVest Windshields and I have heard nothing but good things about it.

this seems pretty cool because if it's windvest they offer various sizes 6,7,8 inches. I'm trying to figure out the height of this one
