Help needed with passing lamps

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2020 street glide and installed the harley auxillary passing lamp kit from harley. I have power to the blinkers, but don' have power to the passing lamps. I followed instructions given and wonder if I'm missing something about power going through the included switch and auxillary plug.
