IPOD shuffle won't work

Hello

A while back someone mentioned a program to down load a IPOD that has issues. I have a IPOD shuffle that works with ear buds but won't work on the bike just keeps playing the same song over again. Have tried several things on the bike but it still won't work. I didn't hook it up for a couple of years like about 10 and iTunes won't recognize it to update it. I would like to down load the music off this and place it on another IPOD to listen to. Has some great music on it and I don't want to loose it.

Any help would be appreciated.

TomA- several things come to mind:
>Make sure your settings are set to Speaker and not headset
>Make sure your radio is set to SEEK and not SCAN.
>Does your iPod have Bluetooth? If it does, turn it OFF and connect using USB in the Jukebx.

You also might try a hard reboot on the iPod (Hold down switch button and Home button simultaneously until the unit shuts down.

Thanks Mojo but I have another new IPOD that works really good. This one worked really good also then one day it just kept playing the same song over again. You can go in and pick a song and it will play it over and over again lol. This IPOD is only about an inch square and it's old may have to just bite the bullet and buy the music to replace it. Will have to find a better internet source and down load Wildchlds road songs soon.

I had the same problem with mine Tom, it was set to only play a playlist that I had not even created and whatever song I would go in and choose would just repeat itself. See if you can access that from the Boom! and change it off of playlist.

dlsorenson you are my hero thanks for sending me out there to beat up on the stereo. Just kept pushing all and finally a choice came up at the bottom of the screen for all albums and now it works. I guess you just have to be more stubborn then the system and never give up lol.

Glad it worked brother. Hope you didn't have the same problem I did. Kids, of which we have 5, and three are girls, also use our ITunes account. Mine got stuck on a Justin Bieber song

Thanks again guys rode to work really class the last 2 days but better then the pick up. Cool in the morning and hot in the afternoon perfect for another 250 miles lol.
