I have it and it works fine. You just need to pull off the attachments to slide it under the bike.
I have the yellow Craftsman, which is nearly identical. I use mine all the time, I can turn the bike around in the garage to ride out, garage is narrow. When working on the bike it is rock solid in up position, as stated, the attachments make it too tall to get under the bike
Just be aware of the balance point when using these. If you have your bike lifted and remove the rear wheel and tire, it can tilt until the front wheel hits the ground. Once you know where it is, mark your frame so you wont be guessing.
