Sidenote
If your traveling with more than one bike a sure fire way to prevent theft no matter what the thieves try is to cable the bikes together. Its easy enough to feed the cable between the engine and frame then up over the seat. There is no way for them to move two bikes at once. This does require a cut proof cable lock.

I keep one in the truck console and one in the saddle bag. I hope I never have to use it, but prepared if I have to.

- did it have security/locked ?
- how were they able to move it ?
I don't how the authorities were able to catch them, but great job by them.

Bike was not covered.

Im positive the forks were locked. Not sure if the bike had security on it or not.

Im guessing they just rolled it with the forks locked up into the trailer and went from there.

The PD in Sikeston called in multiple agencies to help look for Larry. Was called a "Special Cases" squad or something like that.
