Having Arlen Ness engine covers, air cleaner, shifter and brake lever and pegs. Also having Arlen ness fork legs and sliders installed. also had the new SE stage III engine moving my 103 up so a 110. All this is being done at the dealer. Took advantage of the 20% savings with winter storage. I already had the V&H true duels, and Powervision auto tuner as well as a big sucker air cleaner which I replaced with this build.

WOW - Arlen Ness Thanks you!! I liked some of it, then not others, then I liked it all!! Different and cool.

the different but in a good way is what I wanted. I wanted it to be different then every bike in my area. I wanted it to be a cool different and something that turns heads and I also like to stick with a theme. Not really into mix and match. Not meaning you have to stay with same name brand parts but I like the contrast cut look. Thanks for looking. I will post more picks as I get more done. I need to change the floor boards and looking to change the fairing vent trim which right now is the kuryakyn chrome.

Looks great. I as well take advantage of the winter discount at my local dealer!!

Thinking about switching to the Lindby black crash bar to go with the bike. Any thoughts or other suggestions? I was going to go with the Yaffe monkey guard but it is no longer available. That would have matched my handlebars nicely since that is what they are Yaffe Monkey Bars.

The project is almost done. Picking it up next week. Cant wait to ride it with the new stage III SE 110 kit. Some updated pictures.20160328_123256.jpg20160328_123243.jpg20160328_123305.jpg20160328_123318.jpg

True never done and...already thinking about front rim and fender, and stretched bags. I pick it Wednesday and it is going to be a little chilly here but I am going to put some miles on it. I was told by mechanic it rides nice but I will be the judge and let you know. I will do a review on the engine kit.

Are those the Ness Hot Legs for the forks? I'm looking at putting those on with some progressive springs. Does the axle come with the fork lowers, and did you have to drop in some new fork seals? I purchased a 12mm extended shank hex wrench to get the fork lowers off- just wanted to make sure this is something I can DIY, and not get stuck on trying to get those fork lowers off. Heard they can be a PIA. Also installing and driving in the new fork seals.
