New RC Components Wheels

Nice wheels. I've been thinking about a custom front wheel lately but I'm kinda tapped out. I've got a couple of road trips coming up and I'm considering an upgrade on rear suspension...any thoughts?

Curious about the exaust wrap, does that keep the heat in the pipes and off the rider? Scooter looks great!

The wrap is designed to keep the heat in but I'll be honest in saying that without a heat shield, it does get pretty hot on the right leg when stopped in traffic....guess the key is to keep the wheels rollin'! lol

Nice look. I have considered a wheel upgrade at some point. My question to the "experts" Is it worth the money for the rear wheel only to cover most of it up with the bags.

I personally feel that if you're going with a front you should also go with a rear wheel. Since my bike is black and I went with a chrome wheel you can see a lot of the wheel even despite the bags and the rear being lowered. I've seen several bikes that only went with a front wheel and although they look ok, in my opinion they look incomplete because at certain angles (like when on the kick stand) you can really tell that the rear wheel doesn't match the front.

That's my opinion anyway, I certainly understand that wheels are very expensive and that sometimes folks need to break the cost up over two separate purchases. I think no matter what you decided to do they'd look better than the stock wheel.
