Has anyone recently ordered from the Quad Lock USA website? I placed an order three weeks ago for a phone mount and case and received a shipped email with a FedEx tracking number advising the items were shipped. After ten days, FedEx advises that a label was created and awaiting the package. I contacted Quad Lock support and they resubmitted the order. I received a new order number and then an email with a new FedEx tracking number advising the items were shipped. Once again, after four days, FedEx advises label created and awaiting the package. Is Quad Lock shipping out of their California warehouse or am I just the unlucky one that can't get a placed order? Thanks for any information.
