That ol coonass was an inspiration, great cook and story teller. This is how we put it all together for party time. dats ma fried catfish wit ma étouffée over da top, a side of ma pastalaya and sum dem good ol fried shrimps wit some o ma homemade tator salad.

cajun- I just had an epiphany! We will all ride to your place, you get 5 Kegs, three 55 gallon drums of new potatoes, corn on the cobs and crawfish. We'll do our best to help you get rid of them.

I had fried shrimp heads in Slidell, La. Once fried, you scoop out the head meat with your thumb. Don't waste a thing.

Went out to eat in Nola one nite and they put a bowl of these shrimp heads (crawfish) and my wife about freaked,no she did freak it was classic/priceless. All she could say to waitress was please take this off our table we will pay for them if you want just " TAKE THEM OUTTA HERE".
