Meet at Amicalola falls stay Monday night,(Amicalola falls lodge) ride to Cherohala skyway backwards to US129 to Robbinsville take break at the HUB ride to the dragon deals gap stay Tuesday night (Deals Gap)(roll to Fontana dam for dinner and pool) ride foothills to Townsend towards Gatlinburg stay Wednesday night in Gatlinburg(econo lodge and suites) ride thru Gatlinburg take US321 towards Newport (take break at Bobarosa saloon in Del Rio, Tn) to Hot Springs down The Rattler US209 towards Maggie Valley stay Thursday night at Maggie Valley Head home Friday..

Thx, That's why I hit Gatlinburg on a week day. I've been riding the smokies the second week of July the last 6 years with no issues. It's after the 4th and it's not bad...
