Hey there everyone!!! It is with a very HEAVY and SAD heart that i am writing this to y'all today. Last night i did something i thought i would never, ever do. I traded off my Glide for a new Jeep Wrangler. I've been having some medical issues with my hands due to the line of work i've been in for the last 25+ years that have decreased my riding time. I also have been taking care of my parents yard work this summer. The weather here in my home state of Iowa also has not helped much either. Last week i have come to find out i've been blessed with some colon and intestinal issues that are going to involve lots of tests and possible hospital stays so another setback of the riding situation!
I've been a part of this forum since the day i bought my SG in Sept 2012 and although i have not personally met any of you i feel like i know many of you like i have! This forum made me feel like i could do things to my bike that i would of never of done if i had not joined! I still my come in and read posts and look at pictures if everyone is ok with that cause even though i lost the fire to ride i still have the passion for Harleys and the love of the Street Glides!!
You are all great people here and even the sponsors that i've dealt with have been great!! Everyone make sure you keep your your eyes open at all times for those idiots not looking out for anyone but themselves and their f*&king cell phones!!
