I am 90% certain that the 13 tranny cover will not work on a 14 the 13 should still be run with a cable and the 14 is hydraulic. but I am sure someone else will chime in.

Just double checked in my 2015 Touring maintenance manual & they actually list both cable activated clutch's as well as a hydraulic clutch, so there is a possibility that some other touring models (possibly Road King) may possibly still use a cable style clutch. But on the hydraulic clutch equipped bikes such as SG & SGS the chrome cover is held on by 2 fasteners & the "6 speed" cover will not work.
