I'm using one. Plug-n-play. Then get the adapter radio number and add it to your SiriusXM account if you have one. I also added traffic and weather to it, but had to get the MoCo involved because all tiers of xm support were basically clueless in how to get those activated.
The antenna mounting bracket didn't work under the fairing. So I just stuck it to the radio mount already there with built in magnet. Haven't had issues with reception with it there either.

I Stream it from my cell phone with the bluetooth. It works great.
