I'm new to this forum but I have noticed there's very little feedback to problems posted here. Let us know if your problem is fixed and what did you do to fix the problem. Feedback is a very helpful troubleshooting tool.

Yes, we just relaunched and lost some members that were helpful. More people registering now that we've made it mandatory so maybe that will help.

I agree. That behavior happens on all 5 forums that I am on regularly.

I agree if those with experience and knowledge take the time to try and help. It would be helpful if members that asked for help respond it info provided was helpful. Domes issues are multi layered and we might have to research further. The common curiosity of a response with way let’s those who are trying to help that info provided was acknowledged, as we are all here to try and help one another
