Boom Box 6.5 Update Version 21

I am trying to update to version 21 but I missed version 20. Do you need to update to version 20 before version 21? The reason I ask is when the warning comes up that you can't interrupt the install and do you want to continue, I can only choose no. It won't let me choose yes.

And if you have to update to version 20 first, where can I get a copy? It doesn't seem to be on the Harley website anymore.

The latest software includes all previous updates, so just need the latest.

Is this simple to do or is it best to have a dealer to do these updates. My bike came from Germany so im sure it needs the update. Thanks in advance..

Unzip and save the .ISO file to a 8bg or larger USB stick. Make sure nothing else is on the stick. Plug it in-turn on your bike and radio. It will recognize and upload to the radio.

Now I know what my issue is. The USB I was using is not 8 GB. Sometimes the obvious escapes me.
